I’m Rebecca.

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in evidence.
I value kindness, empathy and reflective practice.

I work with systems — not just individuals — to create meaningful change, for children, parents and educational settings.

I bring a calm, thoughtful and relational style, building trust with my clients for them to feel emotionally safe and supported in managing complex problems.

I practice what I encourage in others: balance, connection and wellbeing supported through nature, dance, pilates and yoga.

What my clients have said about my service:

Rebecca has reassuring, understanding and empathetic manner which made us feel completely relaxed at our meeting which in turn, helped us open up honestly with regard to our concerns.
