Fees & Professional Information

My fees reflect the level of professional expertise, responsibility, preparation, and accountability involved in each piece of work.
Fees are reviewed periodically to ensure sustainability, quality of service, and responsiveness to demand.

Tier 1: Consultation & Advisory Work

Suitable for:

  • Parent or carer consultations
  • Professional meetings (e.g. SENCOs, school staff, multi‑agency discussions)
  • Case formulation, advice and signposting
  • Supervision (individual and group)

Fee: £100 per hour

Includes:

  • Preparation and review of background information
  • Professional psychological advice and formulation
  • Brief follow‑up summary where appropriate

Tier 2: Specialist Direct Work & Therapeutic Support

Suitable for:

  • Targeted therapeutic or wellbeing support
  • Specialist intervention with children, young people or adults
  • Time‑limited programmes of work

Fee: £110 per hour

Includes:

  • Planning and preparation
  • Use of specialist materials and approaches
  • Ongoing professional oversight and review

Tier 3: Assessment, Observation & Reports

Suitable for:

  • Psychological assessment
  • Observations across settings
  • Formulation and written reports

Fee: £120 per hour, (hourly equivalent), or

  • Agreed package or day rate depending on scope of work (tailored assessment packages range from £700-£1200 depending on the scope of work, including written report)

Tier 4: Commissioned, Training & Organisational Work

Includes:

  • EHCP‑related and commissioned assessment work
  • Training and CPD for schools and organisations
  • Supervision and consultancy
  • Ongoing service or school contracts

Day rate: £700  I  Half day: £400

  • Fees for commissioned work are agreed in advance by proposal and reflect the complexity, preparation, delivery and reporting involved.

Practical Information

  • Fees are reviewed annually
  • No VAT is currently applicable to these services
  • Notice is given in advance of any changes; existing clients are informed directly
  • Travel time and expenses (where applicable) are discussed in advance
  • Reduced‑rates may be available in specific circumstances
